For a recent farm shop project near Bury St Edmunds, our customer required an eco-friendly, fast-drying screed to allow floor finishes to be installed as quickly as possible.
Screedflo Fast Drying Liquid Screed was selected due to its significantly reduced drying time. When laid at 50 mm, Screedflo Fast Drying Screed (Rapide) can be dry in as little as 14 days, compared to standard liquid screeds which can take up to 50 days to dry at the same depth.

We installed 140 m² of Screedflo Fast Drying Liquid Screed at 50 mm depth in just two hours, providing a smooth, level finish with minimal disruption. Moisture testing confirmed the screed was dry and ready for floor coverings after two weeks, helping the project stay on schedule.
