Screedflo Expands

Screedflo, the UK's only specialist anhydrite screed supplier, has just taken delivery of their latest mobile batching plant. The trailer, which was manufactured in Holland, brings the number of vehicles operated by Screedflo to five.

The new vehicle has been specifically designed for large pours, with a production capacity of up to 13m³ an hour. As it can be re-filled on site while it is batching screed, there is the potential for over 1500m² a day on a commercial site.

Mark Baillie, Managing Director of Screedflo, commented "We used to be heavily reliant on residential projects, but this equipment will allow us to target more commercial and other non-residential projects. The fact that we are batching on site means that the customer gets continuous supply, with no delays in waiting for mixer deliveries. This makes site operations far more certain and easier to plan".
